Business Website — what is included
For contractors, consultants, traders, agencies, importers, service companies and any Ghanaian business that deals with clients who will look it up first.
- Basic: a few pages, contact form, mobile-ready — hours, services and how to reach you
- Professional: more pages, richer design, blog or portfolio, basic SEO and analytics
- Premium: custom design, advanced features, integrations and hands-on support
- Your own .com domain registered in your name
- Business email on your own domain available as an add-on
- Mobile-first build — most of your clients will open it on a phone
Why a business website matters
A business with no website, or a Facebook page it does not own, cannot be checked out by anyone serious. Buyers, banks, landlords and tender committees all look you up before they commit, and finding nothing costs you the deal.
Published starting ranges
Pulled from our live price list. Every figure is a starting point — your exact price depends on what you need and is always given in writing before any work begins.
Third-party costs such as a domain name, hosting or payment-provider fees are passed through transparently at cost. One-off projects follow the 40 / 40 / 20 plan: 40% to start, 40% when you review it working, last 20% when it is live. Full price list →

Tell us what you do

One written price
You get a written quotation that states the price, what is included and the timeline. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing, and verbal promises do not count — if it matters to you, we put it in the agreement.
- 3
Pay 40 / 40 / 20
40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and the last 20% only when the site is live in front of you. Every payment gets a written receipt, and we send a Valmont Pay link with the amount locked on our side.

Keys handed over
When full payment is complete the website, its files, admin access and passwords are handed over in full. It is 100% yours — you are never locked into our platform.
We do not guarantee income, visitor numbers or Google rankings — those depend on your products, your prices and your promotion. What we guarantee is a working website, a written price, and the keys. Terms & conditions →

Business Website — questions people ask
How much does a business website cost in Ghana?
Our published starting price is from GH₵ 3,500. The full ranges are Basic business website: GH₵ 3,500 – 5,500. Professional business website: GH₵ 5,500 – 8,500. Premium business website: GH₵ 8,500 – 13,000. That is a starting point, not a quote — your exact figure depends on what you need and is always given to you in writing before any work begins. Third-party costs such as a domain, hosting or payment-provider fees are passed through at cost.
Which tier do I need — basic, professional or premium?
Basic if you only need to be findable and contactable. Professional if you are competing for contracts and need case studies, a blog or a portfolio to prove the work. Premium if the website itself has to do something — integrations, custom design, several departments. Send us what you do and we will tell you honestly which tier fits, including when the answer is basic.
Can I add pages later without paying for a new website?
Yes. New pages and content changes are covered by the care, updates and maintenance retainer, or quoted one-off in writing. Your site is built so that adding to it is normal work, not a rebuild.
How long does it take?
We usually build in about 7 days once we have your deposit and your content — your photos, your text or price list, your business details. We are committed to delivering a working website within 30 days of receiving both, and if we miss that your deposit comes back to you. Time spent waiting for content or approvals does not count against that clock.
How do I pay, and do I own it afterwards?
You pay 40 / 40 / 20 — 40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and the last 20% only when the site is live in front of you. Payment is by Valmont Pay, so Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or Visa and Mastercard, against a link with the amount locked on our side. Every payment gets a written receipt. When full payment is complete the website, its files, admin access and passwords are handed over in full — it is 100% yours and you are never locked into our platform.
