NGO, foundation & non-profit websites in Ghana

Donors, grant-makers and partners look a non-profit up before they commit anything. An NGO website carries your mission, your programmes, your reports and your governance — and a giving route that works. It is the document that makes you credible to someone who has never met you.

Why an NGO website matters

Donors, grant-makers and partners look a non-profit up before they commit anything, and a page with no reports, no governance and no way to give tells them the organisation is not ready.

    Tell us what you do

  2. 2

    One written price

You get a written quotation that states the price, what is included and the timeline. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing, and verbal promises do not count — if it matters to you, we put it in the agreement.

  3. 3

    Pay 40 / 40 / 20

40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and the last 20% only when the site is live in front of you. Every payment gets a written receipt, and we send a Valmont Pay link with the amount locked on our side.

  4. 4

    Keys handed over

When full payment is complete the website, its files, admin access and passwords are handed over in full. It is 100% yours — you are never locked into our platform.

Questions

NGO Website — questions people ask

How much does an NGO website cost in Ghana?

Our published starting price is from GH₵ 4,500. The full range is School, church, clinic & NGO websites: GH₵ 4,500 – 9,000. That is a starting point, not a quote — your exact figure depends on what you need and is always given to you in writing before any work begins. Third-party costs such as a domain, hosting or payment-provider fees are passed through at cost.

Can donors give by MoMo from the website?

Yes. Giving is connected through Valmont Pay so donations land directly in your organisation's own Mobile Money or card account, and every donation gets a receipt. Payment integration is a published add-on with the figure shown in your quotation.

We have a very small budget. Can you still help?

Tell us what you have and what you need. We advise honestly, even when the answer is that you need less than you thought — a clear one-page site with your registration details and a giving route may serve you better than a large site you cannot maintain.

How long does it take?

We usually build in about 7 days once we have your deposit and your content — your photos, your text or price list, your business details. We are committed to delivering a working website within 30 days of receiving both, and if we miss that your deposit comes back to you. Time spent waiting for content or approvals does not count against that clock.

How do I pay, and do I own it afterwards?

You pay 40 / 40 / 20 — 40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and the last 20% only when the site is live in front of you. Payment is by Valmont Pay, so Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or Visa and Mastercard, against a link with the amount locked on our side. Every payment gets a written receipt. When full payment is complete the website, its files, admin access and passwords are handed over in full — it is 100% yours and you are never locked into our platform.
