Valmont Web Services ("we", "our", "Valmont") builds websites and online shops for Ghanaian businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our normal business communication channels, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you call, email or message us — typically:

• Your name and the name of your business
• Your phone number, WhatsApp number and email address
• Details about your business and what you want your website to do
• Content you send us for your project — photos, price lists and text
• Payment and agreement details needed to deliver your website (kept in written receipts and signed agreements)

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and give you a written quotation
• To plan, build, deliver and hand over your website
• To provide the support included in your package or retainer
• To keep proper business records and receipts

We do not send spam. Any message we send beyond our agreed project work relates directly to your website or a service you asked about.

4. What we never do

• We never sell, rent or trade your personal information
• We never share your business data with competitors or marketers
• We never publish your content or project details publicly without your permission

5. WhatsApp and other third parties

We use WhatsApp and phone calls for fast communication, and we may connect your finished website to third-party services such as payment providers (MoMo / card processing), domain registrars and hosts. Those services process data under their own privacy policies. WhatsApp is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc.; this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website is a simple static site — it does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use analytics that identify you personally. No account is created when you browse.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as they are useful for the work we did together and for our normal business records. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time after your project is complete, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep specific records (for example, tax records).

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Message or email us and we will act on genuine requests promptly.

9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to client information to the people working on your project, and we never ask for your banking passwords or MoMo PIN — payments to us happen through normal channels against a written receipt.
