Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026 · Valmont Web Services, a Valmont Group company — Accra, Ghana

1. Who we are and what we do

Valmont Web Services ("we", "our", "Valmont") designs, builds and hands over websites and online shops for Ghanaian businesses, along with optional support, advertising and growth retainers. By paying a deposit or signing an agreement with us, you accept these terms together with whatever is written in your specific quotation and agreement.

2. Quotations and agreements — everything in writing

Every project starts with a written quotation that states the package, the price, what is included, and the timeline. Both sides agree to it before any work begins. Verbal promises don't count — if it matters to you, we will happily write it into your agreement.

3. Payment plan

4. What we need from you

We build fast — usually about 7 days once we have what we need. Your timely photos, text, prices, business details and feedback keep the project moving. Delays in receiving your content or approvals pause the timeline, and the 30-day delivery clock only runs with the content agreed in your quotation in hand.

5. Timelines and the 30-day delivery promise

Once we have received your deposit and the agreed content, we commit to delivering a working website within 30 days. If we fail to do that, your deposit comes back — the full promise is written in your agreement and in our Refund Policy.

6. Changes and scope

Your quotation defines what is included. Reasonable corrections and the revisions included in your package are part of the job. New work beyond the agreed scope — extra pages, new features, redesigns — is quoted separately in writing before we touch it, so a price never surprises you.

7. Ownership and handover — it's yours

When full payment is complete, the website, its files, admin access, passwords and the keys to everything we set up for you are handed over in full. Until full payment is made, the work remains ours. Content you supplied to us (your logos, photos, text) is always yours.

8. Third-party costs

Some projects need third parties — domain names, hosting, payment providers (MoMo / card), or premium tools. Where these aren't included in your package, we tell you the real cost transparently and pass it through at cost. Ongoing third-party renewals after launch are your responsibility unless a retainer covers them.

9. Support and retainers

Each package states the support it includes after launch. Ongoing cloud support, content management, advertising and growth work are available as separate, optional monthly retainers — never sneaked into your build price.

10. Acceptable use

We build websites currently serving real businesses. We may decline work that is unlawful, deceptive, or designed to mislead customers, and we may suspend sites built by us that are later used for illegal activity.

11. Liability and results

We build a working vehicle for your business, not magic. We don't guarantee income, visitor numbers or Google rankings — results depend on your products, prices and promotion. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the project in question.

12. Governing law

These terms and any agreement between us are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If a dispute arises, we will always try to resolve it fairly and directly with you first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time; the date above shows the current version. Terms agreed in your signed agreement for an ongoing project are not changed retroactively.
