You get a written quotation that states the price, what is included and the timeline. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing, and verbal promises do not count — if it matters to you, we put it in the agreement.

40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and the last 20% only when the site is live in front of you. Every payment gets a written receipt, and we send a Valmont Pay link with the amount locked on our side.

How is a web application priced?
By scope, not by a package. We agree what the system must do in writing, then quote it. The published starting range covers typical business systems; a marketplace or multi-tenant SaaS platform sits in the large custom platform band and is scoped personally after a consultation.
Do I own the code?
Yes. When full payment is complete the application, its files, its repository access, admin credentials and every key we set up are handed over in full. You are not locked into our platform and you can move it elsewhere.
How long does it take?
We usually build in about 7 days once we have your deposit and your content — your photos, your text or price list, your business details. We are committed to delivering a working website within 30 days of receiving both, and if we miss that your deposit comes back to you. Time spent waiting for content or approvals does not count against that clock.
How do I pay, and do I own it afterwards?
