The demo has pickup slots and live order tracking. Is that in the starting price?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The starting price buys a real laundry website: your price list, a pickup request that reaches your WhatsApp, your delivery areas and payment links. The pickup calendar and the order-tracking screen you can click in the demo are built around the stages your own laundry uses, and we quote that in writing on top. Plenty of laundries launch with the price list alone and add tracking when the volume makes it worth paying for.
We charge different rates for wash-only, wash-and-iron and dry cleaning. Can the site show that?
Yes. The price list carries as many tiers as you actually sell, with duvets, curtains and suits priced separately if that is how you charge, and a minimum order if you have one. Changing the numbers yourself from your phone is the admin dashboard line item on our price list; without it you send us the changes and we make them under the care plan. Either way a price change must never need a new website.
How long does it take?
We usually build in about 7 days once we have your deposit and your content — your photos, your text or price list, your business details. We are committed to delivering a working website within 30 days of receiving both, and if we miss that your deposit comes back to you. Time spent waiting for content or approvals does not count against that clock.
