Why a real estate website matters
Listings posted only to social feeds or third-party portals go stale, cannot be filtered, and hand your buyer relationship to someone else’s platform.
Published starting range
Pulled from our live price list. Every figure is a starting point — your exact price depends on what you need and is always given in writing before any work begins.
Third-party costs such as a domain name, hosting or payment-provider fees are passed through transparently at cost. One-off projects follow the 40 / 40 / 20 plan: 40% to start, 40% when you review it working, last 20% when it is live. Full price list →

Real Estate Website — questions people ask
How much does a real estate website cost in Ghana?
Our published starting price is from GH₵ 6,500. The full range is Real estate / property website: GH₵ 6,500 – 13,000. That is a starting point, not a quote — your exact figure depends on what you need and is always given to you in writing before any work begins. Third-party costs such as a domain, hosting or payment-provider fees are passed through at cost.
Can I add and remove listings myself?
Yes. The admin dashboard that comes with a property site lets you add a listing, upload photographs, set the price and mark it sold or let — from your phone. We train you on it before handover.
Does it work for land and plots as well as houses?
Yes. The listing structure covers houses, apartments, rooms, commercial space and plots of land, each with its own fields — size, tenure, documentation and location for land; bedrooms, baths and rent for buildings.
How long does it take?
We usually build in about 7 days once we have your deposit and your content — your photos, your text or price list, your business details. We are committed to delivering a working website within 30 days of receiving both, and if we miss that your deposit comes back to you. Time spent waiting for content or approvals does not count against that clock.
How do I pay, and do I own it afterwards?
You pay 40 / 40 / 20 — 40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and the last 20% only when the site is live in front of you. Payment is by Valmont Pay, so Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or Visa and Mastercard, against a link with the amount locked on our side. Every payment gets a written receipt. When full payment is complete the website, its files, admin access and passwords are handed over in full — it is 100% yours and you are never locked into our platform.
