Pay 40 / 40 / 20
40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and the last 20% only when the site is live in front of you. Every payment gets a written receipt, and we send a Valmont Pay link with the amount locked on our side.

When full payment is complete the website, its files, admin access and passwords are handed over in full. It is 100% yours — you are never locked into our platform.

How much does a salon website cost in Ghana?
Our published starting price is from GH₵ 3,500. The full ranges are Basic business website: GH₵ 3,500 – 5,500. Valmont Pay — MoMo & card checkout: GH₵ 1,500 – 3,000. WhatsApp order integration: GH₵ 300 – 500. That is a starting point, not a quote — your exact figure depends on what you need and is always given to you in writing before any work begins. Third-party costs such as a domain, hosting or payment-provider fees are passed through at cost.
Can clients pay a deposit when they book?
Yes, on the custom booking build. A deposit taken by MoMo or card at the point of booking is what stops no-shows, and it is the reason a salon booking system is quoted as a web application rather than a plain profile site. Our salon demo shows the deposit flow working.
Do I need the expensive version?
Not necessarily. If you only want to be found and to show your prices and your work, a business website in the lower band is enough and bookings can come through WhatsApp. You need the custom build when you want real slots, stylist calendars and deposits.
How long does it take?
We usually build in about 7 days once we have your deposit and your content — your photos, your text or price list, your business details. We are committed to delivering a working website within 30 days of receiving both, and if we miss that your deposit comes back to you. Time spent waiting for content or approvals does not count against that clock.
How do I pay, and do I own it afterwards?
You pay 40 / 40 / 20 — 40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and the last 20% only when the site is live in front of you. Payment is by Valmont Pay, so Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or Visa and Mastercard, against a link with the amount locked on our side. Every payment gets a written receipt.
