Advanced E-Commerce — what is included
For established Ghanaian sellers, distributors, wholesalers and multi-branch shops whose product count, delivery complexity or order volume has outgrown a fixed package.
- Unlimited product catalogue
- Delivery zone calculator so each area gets its own delivery fee
- SMS receipts to the customer after an order
- 3D flipping photo cards for product presentation
- MoMo and card checkout into your own account
- Inventory and stock tracking
- Admin dashboard for products, orders, pages and prices
Why an advanced e-commerce website matters
A shop that has outgrown its plugins shows it in the obvious places: slow product pages, checkout that fails on a phone, stock that does not match the warehouse, and nobody who can explain why sales dropped last week.
Published starting range
Pulled from our live price list. Every figure is a starting point — your exact price depends on what you need and is always given in writing before any work begins.
Third-party costs such as a domain name, hosting or payment-provider fees are passed through transparently at cost. One-off projects follow the 40 / 40 / 20 plan: 40% to start, 40% when you review it working, last 20% when it is live. Full price list →

Tell us what you do

One written price
You get a written quotation that states the price, what is included and the timeline. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing, and verbal promises do not count — if it matters to you, we put it in the agreement.
- 3
Pay 40 / 40 / 20
40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and the last 20% only when the site is live in front of you. Every payment gets a written receipt, and we send a Valmont Pay link with the amount locked on our side.

Keys handed over
When full payment is complete the website, its files, admin access and passwords are handed over in full. It is 100% yours — you are never locked into our platform.
We do not guarantee income, visitor numbers or Google rankings — those depend on your products, your prices and your promotion. What we guarantee is a working website, a written price, and the keys. Terms & conditions →

Advanced E-Commerce — questions people ask
How much does an advanced e-commerce website cost in Ghana?
Our published starting price is from GH₵ 12,000. The full range is Advanced e-commerce: GH₵ 12,000 – 25,000. That is a starting point, not a quote — your exact figure depends on what you need and is always given to you in writing before any work begins. Third-party costs such as a domain, hosting or payment-provider fees are passed through at cost.
When do I need advanced e-commerce instead of the BUSINESS package?
When you have more than about 250 products, when different areas need different delivery fees, or when you want SMS receipts and stock tracking tied into the same system. If the BUSINESS package covers you, we will say so — the fixed packages are cheaper and there is no reason to pay for machinery you will not use.
How long does it take?
We usually build in about 7 days once we have your deposit and your content — your photos, your text or price list, your business details. We are committed to delivering a working website within 30 days of receiving both, and if we miss that your deposit comes back to you. Time spent waiting for content or approvals does not count against that clock.
How do I pay, and do I own it afterwards?
You pay 40 / 40 / 20 — 40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and the last 20% only when the site is live in front of you. Payment is by Valmont Pay, so Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or Visa and Mastercard, against a link with the amount locked on our side. Every payment gets a written receipt. When full payment is complete the website, its files, admin access and passwords are handed over in full — it is 100% yours and you are never locked into our platform.
